In Person Workshops

As a Public School Teacher,I thrive in live events.  That is my comfort zone.  I love it because I enjoy meeting people and interacting with them on many different levels. I get the opportunity to meet with you one on one and to also lead you in group activities.

I also enjoy the energy that is authentically created in workshops.  Now you may think that workshops  are  all talk and chalk and blah…blah…blah.  And  if you have ever  been so unfortunate to attend one of those,  I am so sorry that you had to go through that.

As an experienced and very seasoned Public School teacher, I bring with me everything I know about curriculum development and interactive tasks to keep you engaged and most importantly learning something new that you can use and put into practice that day.

Benefits of in Person Workshops

1. Immediate Feedback and Interaction:

In-person workshops allows me the ability to receive immediate feedback from participants. This real-time interaction enables me to adjust their approach based on the audience’s responses, ensuring a more personalized and effective coaching experience.

2.  Building Trust and Rapport:

Face-to-face interactions foster a deeper sense of trust and rapport between the life coach and participants. Non-verbal cues and personal connections contribute to a more authentic relationship, enhancing the effectiveness of the coaching process.

3. Hands-On Learning and Experiential Activities:

In-person workshops provide opportunities for hands-on learning and experiential activities. Participants can engage in practical exercises, role-playing, and group activities, enhancing their understanding and application of coaching concepts.

4. Networking and Community Building:

Physical workshops create a platform for networking and community building among participants. Attendees can connect with each other, share experiences, and build a supportive community, fostering a sense of belonging and encouragement.

5. Cultivating a Positive Learning Environment:
In-person settings allow life coaches to create a positive and motivational learning environment. The energy, enthusiasm, and engagement of participants contribute to a vibrant atmosphere, enhancing the overall impact of the coaching content.

While online platforms offer convenience, in-person workshops provide unique advantages in terms of immediate feedback, personal connections, and a dynamic learning atmosphere, contributing to a more impactful coaching experience.i
